AMA with Planet Sandbox Recap
On Thursday, February 24th and March 03, 2022, we had the pleasure to welcome CEO Minh Nguyen of Planet Sandbox to the Turkey and Global Telegram group.
We asked him questions about the development of Planet Sandbox, especially about the Testnet Version.

Mr. Minh, can you give a brief introduction about PlanetSandbox and why is it different from other projects?

Planet Sandbox is a physics-powered NFT sandbox shooting game from a third-person view. It’s like PUBG, Fortnite, or Counter-Strike but player owns their NFT in the battle.
Players can build their own worlds or join intense fighting mode using NFT weapons and accessories.
Since our IDO in October 2021, we have completed these milestones:
- Our first INO – NFT sale of exclusive guns with total revenue of 350 BNB
- - Staking program launched with a total of 264,069 $PSB locked
- - Our web-based alpha test launch with Christmas campaign
- - Most recently, our Lucky Ticket event with a total prize of 12,480 $PSB come along with the PC test version.
- - Main-net version and market place is targeted to be launched soon in a month

How about the tokenomic? Can you explain more about the role of two tokens in your game ecosystem?

PlanetSandbox is powered by 2 tokens: $PSB and $PULV.
$PSB is the governance token, used for staking to earn attractive APR, buying exclusive NFTs, and in the future is to participate in our DAO vote system and access premium feature.
Meanwhile, $PULV is a game facilitator token, users can use $PULV to buy normal NFTs, upgrade their weapons/skins for better in-game stats and hence better-earning chance, and the rewards from play-to-earn is in $PULV.
$PSB is now actively traded on Gate.io and PancakeSwap, and we have the plan to list $PULV within this quarter to prepare for the mainnet launch.

I saw you mentioned the staking program, can you give us more details?

Our staking program is audited by CertiK – a leading firm in blockchain security.
There are 4 staking pools, each has a different committed staking duration: 15 days, 90 days, 180 days, and 365 days. The APR, minimum & maximum staking limit per user and pool cap of each pool is also different. Please refer to this table for details:

Ok, very good information thanks for sharing! Staking is always nice! And I am guessing a lot of people are excited about the mainnet launch coming soon! Can you share a few details and the stage of preparation until now?

The mainnet game will come in PvP battle royale mode and PvE zombie mode for shooters to enjoy and earn at the same time.
Before that, we will launch our own marketplace for players to trade the NFTs with our native tokens and acquire the gear to be ready for the game. Here is a teaser video of the new zombie mode:

Our PvP gameplay has been rolled out for 2 months on WebGL and now it’s. ready on PC
Before that, we will launch our own marketplace for players to trade the NFTs with our native tokens and acquire the gear to be ready for the game.

QUESTION 1
Do I need to buy tokens first to play the game?
Will be Game players get rewarded with a free token just by playing the game?

For sure but it takes time, to be earned quickly, you should own our NFT. It’s can be a character or weapon.

When will your tokens be listed on the exchange and which exchanges do you plan to list in the future?

Do you have any Bug Bounty to check for weakness? In what way do you plan to make Your project more complete?
Yes, we do have, in this test net version, players will have a chance to receive huge rewards from the following events:
- BUG BOUNTY: Send feedback, and report bugs will be rewarded. Detailed information will be provided soon.
- REFERRAL PROGRAM: Invite friends for receiving rewards.
- TOP EARNINGS IN-GAME: Show your skills and experience, achieve an enormous amount of prizes for being in TOP EARNING.
QUESTION 3
On PlanetSandbox we can be “Real-Time Shooters”. But as we know, blockchain games can still be very slow and lag a lot. How do you ensure a smooth gaming experience? Also, is there a social model? Can we chat with other players in real-time? Can we have teams, and battle real people?

The player only deposit token and using NFT outside gameplay, we guarantee the in-game experience will be smooth
We want players can connect and compete with each other so the social feature is very important in the game. We already have to chat global and chat pre-battle. There will have chat voice and guild war mode to let big guild team up and fight with each other
Not right now because we’re focusing on game development for the best result possible
But this is our plan this year.

QUESTION 1
How can we as individual end-users benefit from the Planet Sandbox?

They have several roles:
P2E warrior, which joins the battle and earns from winning prize
Investor PSB, PULV, or NFT like character, gun, land…
Each of them can earn depending on how much they invested and the time they spend in-game. Even passive income for the landowner.
QUESTION 2
How can I purchase other person’s creation of NFTs in form of accessories, weapons, fighters which can be used in Planet Sandbox? Do I have to go to the third part marketplace or do you guys have set up your own for this purpose?

For now, you can purchase from some of our NFT platform partners to own character and weapons. But this march, we can purchase by our in-house market place.

QUESTION 3
I would like to know what your marketing plan is. This month was going to focus on that aspect, but we haven’t seen progress.
and I would also like to know how you see the PSB news, having a game, more than 5 thousand holders, and yet having problems finding 4 players and setting up a game. Thanks

It takes time to evaluate marketing candidates also negotiate with partners. We get confirmed with some of them and started our campaign. You and see it’s slowly at this stage but when it’s grown, we will all regret not holding more PSB when it’s low.
The game needs earning feature to attract P2E players which we lack in the current stage, I’m very confident about it’s when the game released with $PULV earning.
